Mr.SST is as cool as he wish,
Not bothered, not gossipy and neither is he sensitive,
Never ask for his advice as he’ll say as you wish,
But ask for help and you shall receive;
His love for his new blue Vaio never disminish,
Travel, gym and good food he can’t resist,
A young face that doesn’t look like he’s going to thirties,
But in just another one year & eight months and that’s it!

The story~

MsS & MsB are good friends in the company, both unhappy with no bonus, slightly affected by the on-going company restructuring but actually very comfortable and do like the environment and workload a great deal!
One day, MsS got an offer from companyC with a little increment from current one but it is tempting coz the companyC has bonus, although the work environment and workload are not as pleasing as current company. But after both of them had long discussion, MsS decided to give it a try at companyC and MsB promised to follow her footsteps, to go to companyC as well, for the bonus and to work with each other~
So, MsS signed the offer letter at companyC and tendered resignation at current company. However, MsS’ managers and boss persuaded (read as brainwash) her to stay and give the current company another chance as they promised to bring many changes that will increase her skill set, yeah, sound very promising indeed!
Again, MsS was in dilemma again, she only has one day to answer the current company. Then MsW came in the picture to rescue. She asked MsS her reason for leaving : money. But the money offered by companyC was too little to be attractive. Current company offers security, skill set (maybe?), good environment and some friendly colleagues. So, how?
And so, MsW taught MsS to tell companyC that current company counter offer her. And so she did but oh no, companyC said that they can’t take her words verbally. Again MsS was so worried but then companyC said they’ll call her the next day to let her know.
It was a good news, the companyC increased MsS salary, 10% of her current one. Now MsS is determined to leave, heck the good environment and new skillset. Money comes first! And now, MsB is in dilemma, to leave or not to leave..

Food temptation to the pets!

This is damn funny video clips. If you have pets you can try to train them not to be tempted when they’re surrounded by foods!!! I have tried with my dog and she could understand when I said “don’t eat it”. I’ll put a piece of food in front of her nose, let her smell it and then put in front of her and warn her not to eat it. She’ll understand and look elsewhere, trying to distract herself of the temptation in front of her!!!
I think she’s quite smart and she’ll only eat it when instructed. Unless I left her with the food and go away for too long, I think she might eat it!

But our names he recently couldn’t remember,
He gyms, he loves Pringles and he studies Master,
Best of all he adores his mother like no others.

Farewell Lunchie~

Had another farewell lunch for a colleague today. For the last couple of months, almost every week, some people would leave (just the matter of who are the stars of the week!) We went to the Pizza Hut at KLCC. The food at this outlet is more expensive than other Pizza Hut outlet! For example, at other outlets you can get RM7.90 express lunch set but here, the price for a lunch set starts from RM12.90 and above, which is 63% more expensive! *duh*
Since I had delicious Marco pizza (which is quite yummy) last Saturday at Kelana Jaya, I decided to order cheese baked meat balls (chicken) with Masala sauce today. It was a little sour, a little spicy and really quite yummy~ Try it out if you are tired of pizza or pasta. 
Well, there was six of us, but I couldn’t quite really join (or enjoy) their conversation as the main topic was the issue with the buildings at Putrajaya, the price of houses at various locations, the smart tunnels and metal price going up! Man, maybe I should read more newspaper to widen my current issue knowledge or maybe buy a house, so that I’ll be more interested in it which-house-at-what-location-is-worth-buying-now-topic?

Malaysia Weather~

Another Monday morning, and it rains! Yesterday night was kinda hot although it drizzled a little at evening time. Yet, as they said, small rain would make the environment hotter as the heat was released from the ground. A sad truth..
I finally plucked my courage to tell SL that I have to take my table fan back, loaned to him when we first moved in as his room does not have ceiling fan, and mine do. But he got altogether of 3 table fans for his small room!!!
Yesterday night, it was really too hot even to sleep under the ceiling fan, max speed 5! So I switched on the table fan, max speed 3, directly facing to my upper body & face. Quite cooling to sleep with two fans, till at the middle of the night, I wake up, trembling in cold! So switched of the table fan, put the ceiling fan to speed 3 and covered myself with blanket.
This morning as I wake up around 7 plus, I felt so warm! Darn! So early, yet so hot. And now, after arrived in the office, it started to rain cats and dogs, my, I wish I am at home, cuddled in my soft bed~
Conclusion : Malaysia weather is only nice to sleep when there it is a working day/hour! >_<

mini Sewing Machine~

Walking back to office from lunch at Wisma Central on Saturday, I passed by a small illegal stall of a malay man selling mini sewing machine! MJ told me she bought one small mini sewing machine the other day at Masjid Jamek and I wish I could have one too. And I’ve seen this man selling it last week but due to many passersby during lunch time on weekday, I didn’t really get a chance to buy it. I don’t know why I want it but I always like to have mini stuffs, whether it was mini bottles of shampoo, perfumes, lotion, lipgloss or even food, I always like to have them, useful or not to me is totally another matter. *grin* And so I can’t resist this either! It is a very easy to use but I don’t know how useful yet. Maybe for once I can try to alter my own pants rather than bring back my pants to hometown for my expert mum to do it~ =D

Sat @ Work~

I am back to work on Saturday as I couldn’t finish all my works last week. Reasons? Two reasons. First reason was I was attending up to 1 ½ day of meetings/discussion/talks out of 2 days on Thurs & Friday! Another one being my task depended heavily on another task that was in another fellow colleague workflow and after ‘chasing’ him for the whole week, he only managed to give me on Thursday but then I had no time to do it due to the meetings! And the dateline is drawing near, not to mention that many other tasks of my own depended on it. /_\
So, gambateh!!! (means work hard, a motivation in Japanese)

Unique Date ahead!

For those who are planning to get married or register, a unique nice date is coming soon! Yeah it is the 07-07-2007! I think the date is very unique and special and hard to come by, right?
A friend of mine was hinted by his girlfriend to register on that day. Poor guy, he still ain’t sure if he wants to marry her at the first place; as they have been dating for less than a year only! =D
My colleague also plans to register on that unique day, which happens to be her birthday as well and she’ll turn 27 too! What a coincidence, all the combination of 2 and 7. I hope she’ll able to register on that date as I suppose many people will be doing the same on that day. =)
