This month, April, marks the 6th year I am joining the working world! Whoa! I started pretty early, around my early twenties. Yeah, so I am not that old, mind you.
Time really flies, I remembered when I was in my final year, I was really scared to venture into the working world as I told my roomie, Yun. I was very worried if I am able to cope with the job scope and perform well. I felt that I wasn’t prepared at all even though after studying for 4 years at uni.
But….so fast, it’s already 6 working years and I am in my 4th company! Another 28 years to retirement!!! Counting down.. aren’t you?
I’ve been to this new company for more than 3 months and well, hmm.. it’s another un-exciting job. Duh.. I have yet to start my ‘support’ role yet and really am looking forward it! Right now I am still doing QA which means plenty of testing. (=.=)"
My new company office layout is quite ‘individual’ compared to my previous jobs. I guess I have pretty much privacy sitting in the individual cubicle as the pictures shown below. Here are some of the pictures snapped in my cubicle during my b-o-r-i-n-g time.
Due to the boredom, I like to munch something or drink something after lunch or during personal-tea-time. One of my current favourites are rose tea, green tea and honey or combination of them!
So, how long have you been to the working world? Or are you reaching your final count down to retirement already?!

hmmm..i’ve started my working journey since middle of 2005, until now, already 3 years lo~
I thought cubicle is something of the past. Today most companies want to tear down cubicles for better communication.
LOL…you still long way to go from retirement age. Me… I am semi-retired. You office set up do not promote communication among staff. I prefer the open concept.
well, that feeling wld be the same if u were to change job. u wld be hoping that u cld manage it in the new place.
as for me, how i wish i cld ‘retire’ even tho i’m not near the retirement age at all
hee…nice working area..quite privacy though…much better than my working table coz the first person who can view my lcd monitor screen would be my boss!
I’ve been slaving off for 3 years and 1 month. Has never been placed in a cubicle. Everyone gets to stare at my computer. hehe
You got so many of cute things in your cubicles.. should I put at my desk? hmm..

I’ve been slaving for about one year now.. and I there aren’t any cubicles in my office except for the toilet ones… I hate this fact. No privacy! Argh.
