Miso Soup, instant!

I wasn’t a big fan of Miso soup before this as I felt that it tastes too instant. But after much influence for a couple of years, I have a thing for the soup now.

The clear soup with little pieces of seaweed and tofu. Yum. It could really enhance one appetite.

And thus, when I saw it at the new Japanese stall/shop Shojikiya at One Utama, I couldn’t help but to get a pack of twelve. With 6 flavours and 2 packs each at RM17.90, a tad too expensive but then again, it was product of Japan.

Just add hot boiling water to the paste and add the seaweed/tofu into a bowl. And hey voila, you got yourself a bowl of miso soup at the comfort of your own home. =D
