Rodeo

I’ve always wanted to travel around the world, especially US and Europe. And Australia and Asia Pacific as well. My friend has done all that I want to do, travelling around US and Europe for the past few years! She would put up those travel pictures in her blog and makes me green with envy.

One of the cool events that she went lately is the rodeo sport in Spain! I can imagine the tension and exciting moment when the cowboy trying to escape from the beast, which would test his skill, movement and speed!

 

I’ve heard about the world’s largest rodeo which is Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. It has more than a million spectators every single year! After the rodeo event, they will have concerts featured by the many famous singers; sometimes it is rock, country or even Latin. What a grand event!

But as the event always have overwhelming response, it is hard to get the tickets. I guess it’s too good to be missed! One of the easiest way is to get the RodeoHouston tickets from online, where you could be assured of the great prices and easy payment.

Weddings

I am getting some wedding invitations in these recent years. Seems like more and more of my friends are getting hitched!
 It surely is a thing to do at this age but I am not sure when it is my turn, if I am up to those many details of wedding preparation. Thinking about it makes me tired!

But of course, a lovely wedding dress is always a girl’s dream.  
The other day when my girlfriend and I was checking out the wedding dress online at Justina McCaffrey, we were fascinated with the designs! It is really incredible and I am sure every brides-to-be would fall in love with the collection. Simple, elegant, amazing!

To continue?

I got an email from my webhosting to ask me to renew my hosting subscription. And hey, suddenly I realised that I have been in this domain for 2 years! Of course blogging history is much longer than that, which is about 4 and half years by now.

As you can see, I am slowly losing my passion to blog as I used to. Another blogger blames it on Facebook; a more efficient way that she uses to update all her friends, not to mention the convenience of the application.

But I am not ready to give up this domain just yet; after all I could see a lot of visitors daily; some friends and some from search engine.

Maybe I should find an alternative than paying the hefty sum of the web hosting subscription every year. After some searching, I found that some webhosting is offering a better package in term of the subscription fees, bandwidth and space. Of course, traffic plays an important point for consideration as well. I can easily compare the packages for the top wordpress web hosting at WebHosting Rating, not to mention the many useful articles.

But the big question now is to continue or not; or perhaps switch back to the free blogging platform?

House Warming

Somehow I was rather looking forward the housewarming party invitation from AD on Saturday night. The condo was situated in the city center and I love the view from the 18th floor.

AD has nicely renovated the condo, with kitchen cabinets, tiles on the walls, impressive bathrooms and plaster ceilings.

I love his choices of furniture; the strong dining table, lovely sofa and not forgetting the modern bed in the master bedroom. It is certainly a smart pick from ERoomService, blending everything together harmoniously.

It’s a very comfortable and yet modern condo. Not to mention great food; most of them homemade! Fabulous!

Christmas For Payatas

Most of the time, I am not fully satisfied with what I have. I thought I could have more and deserved better. But after watching the heart wrecking videos of small children living and working in the biggest dump site in Philippines, Payatas; I know I have everything to be grateful for. For the children and family lives in dire straits and eat foods they found from the dump site. They collect and sell materials that they found from the newly arrived garbage.

The ToteDaddy.com is trying to make a different for them this coming Christmas by creating a charity appeal to raise donation through Christmas For Payatas. Many prominent supporters such as famous celebrities, footballers or politicians are great influence for the good cause. Let’s hope it could make a different to each and everyone of them and increase their quality of lives.

The landfill in Payatas, The Philippines, is notoriously known the world over as Smokey Mountain. For over 35 years, the smoking dump site has grown to become a stark and heart-tugging reminder of the desperate onditions of humanity.

On a daily basis, children pick through newly arrived garbage to
collect material to sell. The earnings made by one child are not enough to even buy food for the day. Hence, entire families are forced to climb the mountain each day, hoping to earn enough to feed everyone. Children as young as four years old are forced to work in this daily struggle for survival.

In response to the plight of these children, Totedaddy.com is working with Lighthouse Center For Children Foundation to bring a little cheer to the children this Christmas.

Totedaddy.com has kicked off with a cash sponsorship of USD 10,000 to enable the children to celebrate Christmas. FusionExcel International has also pitched in a USD 5,000 in cash sponsorship. The money raised
