During my Bangkok trip, there are so many things I want to buy but I couldn’t help but comparing and negotiating for those blouses and souvenirs that I like. When I see a nice blouse at Suan Lum Bazaar, I couldn’t help wondering if it would be cheaper at Chatuchak! I guess it is the woman’s nature of wanting to get the best deal, not so much of the different between a dollar or two. The Thais can speak simple English like how much and the price.

But sometimes, when I didn’t buy what I really like as I thought I might be able to get cheaper price at another place, it turned out to be a disappointment as I couldn’t see the same item elsewhere! Feeling of regret crept in but too late! So, I have learnt my lesson to buy what I really like at the best price I can get. Like that cute flat sandals and the caps that I really like but I ended up buying none of it! =(

I guess my mother is right when she said if you see something that you really like when you are travelling, buy it there and then! But if it is at your local place or online, well, do a comparison first! Find the best deal that you can get as you could save a lot especially for a more expensive product. I did a lot of price and specification comparison when I bought my Dell laptop through online few months ago. Well, no regret on that part! :D

My next item to buy will be the Targus Notebook Skinz bag for my Dell laptop! The one I got from Isetan is too small for my bulky 14 inches Dell laptop. :( So, as a consumer, we must be a smart buyer and get the best for the value of our money by doing a good research and one of the way is through online survey!
