Her New Home

The other weekend, CL and I visited Becky’s house as she has just moved in with her boyfriend. They have a little house warming and invited many people on that Sunday night.
They are the second owners of the ten year old house. Although the price was good for a double storey house, but as it was quite old, much money was spent on renovation! They have spent quite a bomb on renovating part of the house and they are more to go!
I had the pleasure of going into every rooms and admiring the work that they have done so far. As usual, I love to peep into the washroom. To me, a comfortable and nice washroom is a must as we spent private time in them even though most people think least for the room.
To my delight, they have what I always wanted to have in my own bathroom in the future; a nice bathroom wardrobe, separate shower space, bright lightning and big, clear mirror.

I’ve been blogging for a couple of years now and I think it is great to have own domain that using the free blogging provider. For one you have more control over your own website and the freedom to decorate as you like. You do not have to put up with the many rules by the others.

Another Week..

Yes, it has been a week and I just has not been updating as it has been a busy week at work. What’s with an exciting new project and rushing to finish off the boring novel that I have rented, so that I could start off with a new novel. I actually gave it only 2 stars for this novel, for the style she wrote, but not the story line!
And weekend came too fast when you are too preoccupied with your daily life. Like it is there when you are not even looking forward it! Geez.. I think this do not happen to me frequently, or at all. =)
I thought to cook for the weekend, something simple so that I do not have to eat out everyday. But I haven’t gotten anything in the fridge and I think we need some new circulon cookware especially that the old ones look a little too old and burnt! It is time we get some quality & contemporary cookware instead of the cheap ones we got from hypermarket. It’ll be good to invest in some quality and yet affordable cookware like the anolon that could last for years.
Well, I hope the suggestion would be approved by our house treasurer! But then again, I was told that we are low in funds as we have not chipped in for 2 months! =)

The other night, I dreamt that I was back to San Francisco. It is really a lovely and beautiful city that I have fallen in love, even before I have step into the place. I love the beautiful slopes and the famous red Golden Gate Bridge and the piers!
If I am given a chance to go again, I would choose to go to New York next. In fact a friend promises that if I am there again, he would fly me to New York on his expenses! But not that I am going to accept it anyway.
I remembered that my colleague and I had to get the rented car from the airport to our residence. I must be thankful to have a colleague that could drive well. If travelling alone, I would have prefer to the Go Airlink Shuttle service instead. It is much more affordable and most importantly, I do not have to drive! They provide excellent NYC Car service throughout New York and surrounding areas.
We can just book easily through the online reservation or by phone reservation. You can rest assured of the punctuality of their service and the comfortable VIP SUV.
Well, let’s hope I have another chance to go there as I really miss the place!

Losing Weight..

Lately I felt that my weight dipped again. It is not unusual for me to lose weight as it happened easily due to braces (though I no longer wearing them), stress, lost of appetite or if I eat only when I am truly hungry or when I do not eat according to schedule.
Like this morning, I only have half a cup of coffee as I am not hungry. I was lazy to eat the tuna sandwich that I can easily make. I didn’t eat till I felt really hungry at lunch time.
I know it is not only bad for my body weight as it is really underweight now but also bad for my health. I tried to make it up by taking supplements, at least every other day. I have read about the BSN Supplements (FitFuel.com) which is an effective way to enhance your physical being in unique way.
There is also weight gainer supplement which I am very tempted to get! At least I can gain some fat for this skinny body of mine.
